Cawrence Farm Cottages: Access Statement
Access Statement for Cottage Pie
Cawrence has two drives, both lead down to a large square flat parking area surrounded by buildings. There is enough parking for approximately six cars.
Cottage Pie is accessed via a brick/ concrete patio and path which curves slightly downhill after two steps. The distance from the parking area to the front door is close to 35 meters. There is a
step up to the front door and a lip at the base of the door.
Once inside there is a step up to a Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. This seats up to five on a corner sofa and has seating for 4 people at a round dining table.
The bathroom is down one step along a short corridor, as is the twin bedroom. At the end of the corridor and down three more steps is the master bedroom.
The kitchen is fitted with standard appliances, the oven is low level and opens top down.
The bathroom has a standard toilet and washbasin and a standard rectangular bath with fitted shower.
Access Statement for Shepherds Pie
Cawrence has two drives, both lead down to a large square flat parking area surrounded by buildings. There is enough parking for approximately six cars.
Shepherds Pie is located next to the parking area. The main door is about 8 meters away and down four concrete/brick steps. The door has a lip at the base and once inside there is a further step
down to the Kitchen/Diner floor. Immediately adjacent to the parking area is a second entrance through a French door. This requires one small step up and down but allows direct access to the
Lounge.
On the same level as the Lounge is the Twin Bedroom. The Kitchen/Diner is down a short flight of stairs. The Bunk Bedroom and Main Bathroom are accessed via a different set of stairs down. The
Master Bedroom and En-Suite Bathroom are up a wooden staircase from the lounge.
All stairs are fitted with Handrails.
The Kitchen/Diner is fitted with standard appliances, the oven is low level and opens top down. The dining table will seat up to 8 people.
The Lounge had sofa seating for up to 6 people.
The Main Bathroom has a standard toilet and washbasin and a standard rectangular bath with a wall mounted shower head but no screen.
The E-Suite Bathroom has a standard toilet and washbasin and a corner shower.
