Two properties are open for guests at Cawrence, These are Cottage Pie which sleeps 4 and Shepherds Pie which sleeps 6.
Onsite parking is only a few yards away from the cottages.
Cottage Pie
With delightful views across open fields this is a character property with a large open beamed ceiling. It comfortably sleeps 4 in two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and has a spacious and light feel. It is well appointed and newly furnished.
There is a full size bathroom with toilet, basin and bath/shower.
The open plan kitchen/diner and lounge includes electric cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, colour digital TV and DVD player. Cottage Pie has oil fired central heating thoughout, this along with the electricity is included in the price.

Bed linen is included although guests are asked to bring their own towels. One well behaved pet is allowed at an additional charge of £20.00. No smoking within the premises.

Shepherds Pie
Adjacent to Cottage Pie and newly available for 2008 is Shepherds Pie which sleeps 6. Shepherds Pie has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room and a seperate lounge. It has a modern feel but manages to retain much of its original charm.
There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and an bunk bedroom. The top bunk is only suitable for children or small teenagers.
The kitchen containes an electric cooker, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, microwave and freezer. In the lounge is a HDTV with DVD player and a CD/radio.
Shepherds Pie is fully centrally heated & bed linen is included although guests are asked to bring their own towels. One well behaved pet is allowed at an additional charge of £20.00. No smoking within the premises.
