Welcome to Wales
Situated just a few miles from the historic market town of Cardigan, Cawrence was once one of the principle farms in the area. Its been over twenty years since Cawrence has been a working farm and the present owners decided that the old stone outbuildings needed to be saved from dereliction by renovating them and putting them to use. Two of the barns have now been restored and are available for rental as holiday accommodation, These are Cottage Pie (Sleeps 4) and Shepherds Pie (Sleeps 6).
Cawrence Farm Cottages are situated in 23 acres of woodland and pasture, a woodland walk has been created at the site which drops down the valley and runs along side a small river. Set in a quiet and secluded rural location the cottages provide easy access to many of the attractions of south-west Wales.
The Welsh coast is only a few miles away with its mixture of dramatic rocky coastline and wide sandy beaches and attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton, Shires, Pembroke Castle and the Welsh National Botanical Gardens are within easy reach.
Cawrence is surrounded by rich local wildlife including buzzards, red kites and badgers, the woods are filled with snowdrops and bluebells in the spring. Cardigan Bay is renowned for its diverse aquatic wildlife including dolphins, porpoise and seals. The begining of the Pembrokeshire coastal path is nearby at Poppit Sands.

The main house is comprised of several sections some dating from the 17th century.
